Dry night ahead in Central Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. – The rain showers are few and far between Wednesday evening in Central Florida.

"Most of the action will be west of Orlando into the evening. After sunset the action will slowly come to an end," said Local 6 Chief Meteorologist Tom Sorrells.

Look for the overnight low to drop to 75 degrees in Orlando.

Thursday will be another day with few showers. The rain chance Thursday will be 20 percent and the high will be 92 degrees.

Friday the rain chances build to 30 percent and the high temperatures remain at 92.

Saturday tropical moisture will roll into Florida from the east. Rain chances will jump to 40 percent and the daytime high will be 91.

Sunday the high is 92, the rain chance will be 40 percent.
