ORLANDO, Fla. – Orange County deputies arrested a man they say threatened his brother with a sword in his cane over their electric bill.

Cesar Castillo, 49, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the Monday incident at their Oxalis Drive home.

According to the report, Castillo's brother asked him to pay $120 more for the electric bill, sparking the argument.

Castillo then pulled out a cane with a concealed sword and pointed it at his brother, saying he was going to fix him, deputies said.

Castillo told deputies he was upset that his brother was asking him to pay more than his half of the electric bill, according to the report.

Castillo was booked into Orange County jail.
