The Seminoles opened up the scoring as Corey Colston made a diving catch in the end zone, snagging a 34-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Kaylen Wiggins.
However, Lake Mary had enough answers, including a 32-yard Marquis Mickens touchdown scamper, to win 28-21.
The Rams improved to 5-0. The Seminoles, despite a strong effort, dropped to 1-4.
