Lake Nona shuts the door on Kissimmee Liberty



LAKE NONA, Fla. – Lake Nona's standout senior quarterback, Tucker Israel, came into Friday's homecoming game against Liberty needing five touchdown passes to break the FHSAA state record.

He came up just short, throwing three in Lake Nona's big 49-0 win over Kissimmee Liberty.

Israel finished with 326 yards passing and he also ran for a score.

The Clemson signee will tie the state mark with one touchdown pass next week at home against Gateway. Two will break it.
