ORLANDO, Fla. – Pump prices in Orlando plummeted 12 cents in a week to an average price of $2.96 per gallon on Monday, according to AAA.
Gas prices have fallen more than a quarter in the region. A month ago, prices sat at $3.20.
In Daytona Beach, prices fell a penny overnight to $3.03 per gallon, the same as the average statewide.
While many cities across Florida are paying below $3 per gallon, some drivers haven't seen the relief. The average price for gas in West Palm Beach is $3.20 a gallon.
The national average is $3.04 per gallon.
