CLERMONT, Fla. – A Winter Gardens man was killed Sunday morning as he rode his motorized bicycle near a Taco Bell at 1810 East State Road 50.
Police said Silas Clifford Woods, 55, was attempting to cross the road around 10:05 a.m. when a gray four-door sedan, driven by Yusef Harris, 20, struck him.

Police said Woods was not at a crosswalk.
He was taken to South Lake hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police continue investigating the crash.
