Storms clear in Central Florida for cooler Christmas Day

Storms have cleared and a cooldown is on for Christmas Day after a rainy Christmas Eve throughout Central Florida.

Clouds will linger in the morning and temperatures will dip in the 50s, with highs reaching the upper-60s Thursday. No rain is expected.

On Friday, temperatures will range from a high of 76 degrees to a low of 56 degrees with partly cloudy skies.

The weekend ahead will be warm with Saturday and Sunday's high temperatures reaching the mid to upper 70s.

Low temperatures for the weekend are projected to be in the mid to upper 60s.

Rain chances drop to 10 percent through the weekend.
