PIERSON, Fla. – A Volusia County woman was arrested after deputies say she shot the father of her child.
Sharon Madan, 25, shot 31-year-old Jonathan Barnett after a domestic dispute, according to deputies.

Witnesses said Barnett was visiting a home when Madan showed up, opened fire and took off.
Barnett was taken to the hospital after being grazed by a bullet.
Madan was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
