Cops: Shane Huber handed rifle to friend who thought it wasn't loaded
PALM COAST, Fla. – An 18-year-old man was airlifted to a local hospital after being shot in the neck by his friend with an AK-47 rifle, deputies said.

Huber was flown to Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach in an unknown condition.
Detectives believe the incident was accidental in nature. No one else was in the home at the time of the incident, deputies said.
No charges were filed.
