Police were told Blackwell went to the bar around 11 p.m. Tuesday after working at Wally's on North Mills Avenue with two regulars who frequented Wally's.

Lt. Eason, of Orlando police, also mentioned her car was still near Wally's on Wednesday until her mother picked it up.

Eason said that the two regulars she went with have not been contacted yet, but are not suspects in her disappearance.

Police said Blackwell's cellphone was turned off. It is uncharacteristic of her to not keep in touch with her mother, causing her family to be extremely concerned.

Blackwell's family has contacted Local 6 News to report she was found. She was found with one of the regulars at an apartment in downtown Orlando.

She was not physically injured, Blackwell's family said.
