ORLANDO, Fla. – Police are looking for two beer thieves who they say drove a truck through the doors of an Orlando convenience store and beer was stolen.

The smash-and-grab burglary occurred around 2 a.m. Sunday at the Sunoco at 1850 N. Orange Blossom Trail.

The owner called Orlando police and said his business had been damaged in a burglary.  The damage was estimated to be about $4,000, police said.

Police said an older-model white Chevrolet with no tag was driven into the store after the driver and passenger tried to open the doors by using a chain attached to the truck.

Orlando police said the driver appeared to be a black man wearing camouflage shorts, a dark shirt and a dark hat. The passenger appeared to be a white man wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

No other details were immediately released by police.
