ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange County Fire Rescue firefighter has been fired following accusations of making inappropriate comments and sexual gestures to recruits.
The investigation into firefighter Fitzpatrick Paillant began last November, according to officials.

Witnesses told investigators Paillant put his hands on a recruit's hair during the gestures, the investigation report stated.
According to the report, Paillant said he made some of the gestures, but denied touching a recruit.
Paillant was fired following the investigation.
