TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Powerball jackpot has jumped to $500 million ahead of Wednesday night's drawing.

The current jackpot has rolled over 20 times since Dec. 3, 2014, Florida Lottery officials said.
In addition to the jackpot prize, players have the opportunity to win $4 up to $2 million by matching any of the non-jackpot-winning combinations, officials said.
Jackpot prizes are paid in 30 annual installments or as a one-time, lump-sum payment.
Jackpot prizes must be claimed within 60 days after Wednesday's draw to receive the cash option of $337.8 million.
