Missing boy's blood found in Deltona home, officials say
DELTONA, Fla. – Newly released documents are revealing fresh evidence against the Volusia County man accused of killing his estranged wife and her two children.
Luis Toledo is charged with murdering Yerssenia Suarez and her two young children, Thalia and Michael.
On Tuesday, investigators confirmed they found some of Michael's blood on gauze inside Toledo's home in Deltona.
Suarez and her children have been missing since October 2013, but their bodies have never been found.
Investigators say Toledo admitted to killing Suarez during a fight, but denies killing the children.
