Orange County sheriff's deputies responded to 12 South Ohio Ave. on Tuesday morning after someone reported being threatened with a gun.  According to an arrest report, that person had gone to the house to purchase crack cocaine.

He told investigators that he informed his dealer, Wheeler, that he was disappointed in the amount he was getting and told him he would no longer be buying it from him.

At that point, Wheeler and Carter threatened him with a gun and took him to a room inside the house, where they told him to stay, according to officials.

The buyer told investigators that he waited until he didn't hear anyone in the home, then walked out and called 911, pretending to be talking to a friend on his cellphone, officials said.

Deputies responded and detained Carter, Wheeler and two women who were not charged.
