WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. – A fire damaged a home Thursday morning in Winter Springs.
The fire broke out in the 200 block of North Alderwood Street, southeast of State Road 434 and U.S. Highway 17-92.

One person was inside the home, but his or her condition is not known.
Fire officials said the blaze started in the garage.
Neighbors told Local 6 that they heard popping sounds and discovered the fire.
The state fire marshal is investigating the cause of the blaze.
