Raja Bangaru has been charged with stalking, battery and attempted sexual battery in the incident at the Colonial Grande Apartment Complex near International Parkway.

The victim told police she was walking her dog at the park near her complex and saw the man, who she had seen a few times before.
She said he said things to her that "alarmed her," and when she tried to leave, Bangaru knocked her to the ground, according to the report.
Police said the woman screamed for help, fighting him off and ran away, according to the report.
"We got a female out here covered in blood said she was possibly just raped," the 911 caller told dispatchers.
Police said Bangaru tried to run away and was apprehended by a group of maintenance workers and other residents who heard the screaming and followed him, holding him until police arrived.
"We got a male on the ground right now as a possible suspect," the caller said.
The victim suffered several minor injuries in the attack, police said.
"She said that she gouged at the guy's eyes to get him off her," the caller told dispatchers.
Bangaru was booked into jail.
During his first court appearance on Thursday, Bangaru denied any of the events happened, and he questioned why he was being charged.
He told the judge he had just moved to Central Florida two months ago after graduating college.
He said he works at Deloitte accounting firm as a computer programmer.
The judge denied him bond, saying he had encountered the victim more than once.
Bangaru's arraignment is set for May 7.
