According to the police report, Oliver had been involved in a verbal altercation prior to crashing into the back of another vehicle. When officers arrived at the crash scene, they noticed Oliver had signs of impairment.

Police said they found beer in the car and a small child sitting in a car seat in the back seat of Oliver's vehicle. Oliver reached behind the front seat and lifted up another small child from the floorboard, where the child landed when the car seat overturned during the crash, according to the report.

The 18-month-old twins weren't secured in their car seats and the car seats weren't secure in the car, police said. The father of the twins was contacted and took them to the hospital to be examined.

Oliver's breath test results were .228  and .236, police said. Police also determined that Oliver was pregnant.

She was taken to Marion County jail. She was also issued two citations for not having the children restrained in car seats and a citation for having an open container, police said.
