ORLANDO, Fla. – A third major attraction was announced Wednesday at the inaugural State of I-Drive event.

The two-person vehicle gets pulled up backwards and then shoots riders back down to the SkyPlaza.

It will be built toward the area of the world's largest Perkins at the northeast corner of Sand Lake and International Drive.

SkyPlaza is the retail promenade or entrance to SkyPlex. SkyPlex, which will also have an observation deck, is scheduled to open in 2017.

Meanwhile, the Orlando Eye, a giant observation wheel nearby on I-Drive, is scheduled to open this spring. And the world's tallest swing, Star Flyer, will open next year.
