A 36-year-old woman died in a crash Monday morning in Volusia County after suffering a medical episode while her children were in the back seat, troopers said.
The fatal crash happened around 7:20 a.m. on State Road 415 near Lemon Bluff Road.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Dolicia Meregildo, of Deltona, was driving south on S.R. 415 when she suffered some type of medical episode and traveled across the northbound lanes before hitting a fence.
Meregildo was taken to Central Florida Regional Hospital and later died, troopers said.
The FHP didn't say how many children were in the car or what their ages are.
