Armed robber may have been at store hours before, Orange deputies say

Man believed to have visited University Wine & Spirits 2 hours before robbery

ORLANDO, Fla. – Deputies are asking for the public's help in finding an armed robber who may have been at the store hours before the incident happened.

The robbery happened at 11:54 p.m. March 20 at University Wine and Spirits on University Boulevard.

Deputies said the man entered the store, brandished a firearm and demanded money.

Once receiving an undetermined amount of cash, the man ran out of the store in an unknown direction, deputies said.

The man is believed to have visited the store two hours before the robbery took place, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

The robber is described by deputies as a black man in his late 20s to early 30s who is 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall with a muscular build. He was wearing a black zip-up hoodie that was unzipped, blue jeans, white and red shoes, and a black or navy bandana that covered his face.
