ORLANDO, Fla. – Deputies are investigating after a man was shot and killed Saturday night inside an Orange County home.
Michael Reed, 22, died in the shooting, which occurred around 7:25 p.m. at a home in the 5900 block of Long Peak Drive.
Deputies were called to the home and discovered Reed dead inside the home.
Deputies identified the shooter as Jamie Agustin, 40, and said that Agustin is not facing charges from Orange County Sheriff's Office
The incident was ruled a homicide and the investigation has been sent to the state attorney's office for a final determination.
