ORLANDO, Fla. – Orange County rescue crews were called to a building fire call at the Department of Transportation after an automatic fire alarm sounded overnight.
Crews told Local 6 that the cause of the heavy smoke was an electrical issue on the second floor of the building, which is located at the Turkey Lake service plaza on the Florida Turnpike.

Crews solved the problem and spent part of Friday morning venting the building.
No one was inside the building at the time of the incident.
