Jay Hurley faces wrongful death suit

LEESBURG, Fla. – A Leesburg city commissioner is now facing a wrongful-death lawsuit from the mother of a motorcyclist who crashed into his truck during last year's Bikefest.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, the suit says Commissioner Truman "Jay" Hurley was negligent behind the wheel, which caused Stephen Tuttle to crash into his pickup truck.
