Man arrested in Apopka shooting death, Orange County deputies say
Steven Nedd Jr. arrested, questioned in shooting death of Debrand Blair
APOPKA, Fla. – Detectives have arrested a 21-year-old man wanted in connection to a fatal shooting that happened in front of a food truck, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
The shooting happened around 2:50 p.m. Saturday on Marvin C. Zanders near 15th Street.

Homicide detectives with the Sheriff's Office arrested Steven Nedd Jr. in connection to the shooting death of Debrand Blair, 24.
Blair was shot multiple times in front of a large crowd near a food truck and the Fountain of Life Baptist Church in Apopka.
Investigators said Blair was taken to Florida Hospital Apopka, where he died. No one else was hurt. The motive of the shooting is still unclear.
Nedd was interviewed by authorities and was jailed Wednesday night on no bond. He faces a charge of first-degree murder with a firearm.
