COCOA, Fla. – Troopers arrested Christine Chimel, 42, Wednesday for the death of 7-year-old Hunter Richard.
Authorities said on Feb. 21 Chimel was driving under the influence on an ATV near Cocoa, with Richard riding as a passenger. Officials said she lost control and the ATV overturned on him.

Chimel and Richard were taken to the hospital, where Richard died.
Chimel is now charged with DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide.
Detectives said Chimel's blood alcohol level was a .223 percent at the time of the crash.
She is being booked into the Brevard County Jail.
