Man sought in bank robbery, Orange County deputies say

Cops: Man passed note to bank teller demanding money


ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Deputies are asking for the public's help in finding a man who robbed a Bank of America in Orange County.

It happened at 2:49 p.m. Friday at the bank at 4048 West Town Center Blvd.

The man passed a note to a bank teller demanding cash, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

There were no injuries and the man fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash, deputies said.

A perimeter was set up, but the man was not found.

The man is described by deputies as a Hispanic man with a dark complexion who is 5 feet 9 inches tall with a beard. He wore a dark hat, a red or white shirt, dark shoes and dark pants.

Anyone who knows anything about the robbery or can identify the man is asked to call the Orange County Sheriff's Office or Crimeline.
