Social media users are always warned to be careful about what they post, but it turns out what's not being posted could cause trouble on the job hunt.
In an annual CareerBuilder.com survey, employers admitted to using social sites to screen candidates.
Thirty-five percent of the employers said they are less likely to interview applicants they cannot find online.
