ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Orange County Fire Rescue officials said residents were evacuated from an apartment on Lake Fountain Drive Sunday after a balcony caught fire between the second and third floor.
Officials said there was heavy smoke coming from the apartment building, where two units sustained water damage.
