2 arrested in driver's license scam

Duo accused of using ear pieces to help students pass driving exam

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A man and woman are accused of helping more than 600 people cheat to get their driver's licenses.

Investigators say Olga and Ellariy Medvednik helped students fake in-state residency and helped them pass the written portion of the exam by using an ear piece and surveillance equipment.

Investigators were tipped off by the Orange County tax collector after noticing more than 100 drivers licenses had been submitted with the same address.
