MELBOURNE, Fla. – A Port St. Lucie woman was arrested in Melbourne, charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a minor.
The Brevard County Sheriff's Office said Barbara Jean McCreary, 35, faces charges of lewd and lascivious battery of a victim between 12-16 years of age, child abuse with great harm, contributing to the delinquency of a child and intent to distribute or deliver marijuana.
No other information was provided at this time.
McCreary was sent to Brevard County Jail with a $48,500 bond.
