The meetings are part of a plan to attract more international business to Orlando.
Lufthansa Airlines has been offering nonstop service between Orlando and Frankfurt for the past eight years.
On Wednesday, Dyer will travel to Italy for the 9th World Chambers Congress.
There, along with members of Orlando, Inc., the mayor will submit a bid to host the 2019 World Chambers of Congress, in central Florida.
City officials say winning the bid will help further Orlando's push to attract more business to the area.
