Deputies arrest man for producing, possessing child pornography

Man also charged with lascivious battery on a minor

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – The Seminole County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man for producing and possessing child pornography, and lewd or lascivious battery on a minor.

Deputies said they arrested Ricardo Pombo-Foster, 55, of Altamonte Springs, Saturday.

Investigators with the Crimes Against Children Unit received information that Pombo-Foster paid two teenage girls with cash and prescription drugs to have sexual activities with him, deputies said.

Investigators said the abuse was believed to have occurred over a six-month period at Pombo-Foster's former home.

While the investigators spoke to the victims, it was learned that Pombo-Foster had also used his cellphone to take pictures and videos of the victims engaging in sexual activity with him.

Deputies arrested Pombo-Foster and charged him with 15 counts of producing child pornography, 18 counts of possessing child pornography and four counts of lewd or lascivious battery on a child.

Pombo-Foster is currently being held at the John E. Polk Correctional Facility with a $1,175,000 bond.
