ORLANDO, Fla. – A gunman accused of shooting an employee at an Orlando restaurant has been arrested in Georgia, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Investigators determined last year that Brown, who was a regular customer of the restaurant, walked up to the order window and placed an order.

Once the order was ready, Brown asked the worker for the price. That conversation escalated and Brown produced a firearm and shot the worker multiple times, deputies said.

Deputies said the Clayton County Sheriff's Office attempted to contact Brown Friday afternoon, at which point he attempted to flee out of a rear window of a home, but was quickly apprehended.

Brown was taken to CCSO's jail.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office had detectives in Georgia interviewing Brown.
