TITUSVILLE, Fla. – A 52-year-old man was arrested on allegations of walking down a Brevard street while drunk and half-naked.
Jeff Smith, of Titusville, was arrested Monday on charges of exposing sexual organs and disorderly intoxication.

According to Titusville police, officers received a report of indecent exposure around 7:35 a.m.
An officer went to the area near South Hopkins Avenue and Beverly Street and found Smith wearing only a red shirt, which was on backward, police said. He was holding a white towel and a cold can of Natural Ice beer, police said.
Police said Smith's shirt was short, exposing his genitals and buttocks.
The officer reported that Smith was "well impaired," had bloodshot eyes and was slurring his speech while he swayed. Police said Smith reeked of alcohol.
According to police, Smith was unable to give a reason why he was intoxicated and walking naked down the street.
He was arrested and taken to jail.
