Ocala police officer's act of kindness caught on camera

Officer bought, ate breakfast with homeless citizen


ORLANDO, Fla. – An act of kindness by an Ocala police officer was captured by a woman driving back in her car.

The woman said the was driving by when she saw Sgt. Erica Hay buy a meal for a homeless citizen.

Not only did she buy him breakfast, she sat with the man and ate with him on the curb of the gas station.

The woman who posted the act of kindness on Instagram said that seeing the genuine act of kindness from the officer "made my morning."
