ORLANDO, Fla. – Authorities have issued an arrest warrant for a man after a shooting victim died from his injuries.
Deputies said the victim was fighting Claude Fowlman, when a man, who police believe to be Malcolm Spitzer, 18, intervened and shot the victim in the stomach.

Deputies said it is believed when the victim was on the ground, Spitzer fired several more shots at him.
Spitzer and Fowlman then left the area and went into a house at 4275 Windcross Lane, but a search of the house did not find them.
Deputies are now searching for Spitzer. They said he should be considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with any information on Spitzer's whereabouts or the shooting is asked to contact the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
