The owner of a terminally ill dog decided to take his beloved pet on a cross-country trip.
Poh, is an almost 16-year-old Lab mix, who is currently on a whirlwind adventure around the United States.
His owner, Thomas Rodriguez, and his fiancée drove from New York to California, and have documented every step of the way on Instagram.
So far the trio already has more than 113,000 followers.
