Cops: Joseph Forcier suffers from onset of dementia

COCOA, Fla. – Deputies are asking for the public's help finding a Cocoa man who may be endangered, the Brevard County Sheriff's Office said.

Joseph Forcier, 85, left his home early Tuesday afternoon driving a black 2013 Nissan Altima with Florida registration tag N77-0YX, deputies said.

Family members called the Sheriff's Office for help with finding Forcier after he failed to return home.

Forcier suffers from the onset of dementia and other medical conditions, and requires oxygen, the Sheriff's Office said.

Forcier is described by deputies as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, and has sandy or gray hair. He was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, black pants and black shoes.

Anyone who has seen Forcier is asked to call the Brevard County Sheriff's Office Communications Center at 321-633-7162 or their local law enforcement agency.
