Severe weather moves through Central Florida

A severe thunderstorm warning was issued in Central Florida on Thursday as storms moved through the region.

The weather alert was issued in Orange County County through 8 p.m. An alert was also issued in Marion and Osceola County earlier in the evening and significant weather advisories were issued for Orange, Lake, Seminole, Osceola and Volusia counties.

Meanwhile, rain chances stay at 60 percent Friday before dipping a bit to 50 percent Saturday, with highs in the low 90s.
