CELEBRATION, Fla. – Osceola County deputies have arrested the man they say robbed a toll booth plaza worker on State Road 417.

Jonathan Seda, 31, was charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, wearing a mask during the commission of a felony and grand theft in the Wednesday afternoon incident.
Deputies said that a driver, later identified as Seda, approached the worker at the toll booth on SR 417 near Interstate 4 just before 12:30 p.m., showed a handgun and demanded cash.
Seda drove away in a white, four-door Lincoln with an undisclosed amount of money, deputies said.
Christa Deason, a spokesperson for the Florida Turnpike, told Local 6 the organization has put safeguards in place to protect drivers and toll takers, but she wouldn't reveal what those safeguards are out of fear they would be compromised.
She said Florida Highway Patrol troopers are not stationed at that toll plaza, and there was not a trooper present when the holdup happened.
