APOPKA, Fla. – The Apopka Blue Darters exacted revenge Friday night on their home turf, knocking off the Edgewater Eagles 46-25.

The Eagles, who upset Apopka last season before the Blue Darters went on their state title run, were no match for the defending Class 8A champs.
The Blue Darters, known for their intricate running attack, took an early lead behind touchdown runs from Dekwan Wilson and Demetri Burch.
Apopka improves to 2-0 and visits DeLand in week 3.
