Small training aircraft clips parked helicopter at airport

No one injured in incident at Orlando Sanford International Airport


SANFORD, Fla. – A small training aircraft clipped an unmanned helicopter that was parked on a ramp at Orlando Sanford International Airport, officials said.

No one was injured in the incident, which happened around 9:30 p.m. Friday.

Airport officials said the Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board have been notified.

The helicopter hasn't been moved and it waits for its owners, officials said.
