4 people, 2 dogs displaced after Orange County fire, officials say

State fire marshal notified of fire on Lake Lawne Avenue

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Several people and two dogs were displaced after a fire broke out, Orange County Fire Rescue officials said.

It happened after 9 p.m. Saturday at a house on Lake Lawne Avenue.

Orange County Fire Rescue officials said the fire was visible when firefighters arrived.

Four adults and two dogs were displaced because of the fire, officials said. The Red Cross was requested.

The state fire marshal has been notified.

An Orange County Fire Rescue captain was hospitalized after being involved in a crash while responding to the fire, authorities said.
