Driver struck by stray bullet in shooting near SR-408, Orlando police say

Cops: 2 apprehended after bailing out of stolen vehicle


ORLANDO, Fla. – At least one driver was struck by a stray bullet in a shooting near State Road 408 on Monday morning, according to police.

Two culprits have been apprehended in the shooting, which occurred in the area of Orange Blossom Trail and SR-408.

Police said an innocent bystander was hit by a bullet and taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center in stable condition.

One vehicle involved in the shooting was stolen from Seminole County and two culprits bailed from the vehicle. They were later apprehended by officers and are being questioned by detectives. 

No other suspects are sought.
