The MBI said Luck purchased a 15-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl in April for sexual purposes using the website Backpage.com.

Authorities said Luck kept the girls, one of whom had been reported missing from Melbourne, at his hotel room for about a week.

The MBI said Luck was spotted with the girls at an outlet mall in Orlando and was questioned by the MBI but was not arrested.  The MBI said the girls were "recovered," and during an ongoing investigation, Luck used his cellphone to stay in contact with the girls and tried to arrange to again have sex with them.

Luck was arrested this week in Indiana and is currently being held at the Jasper County Jail awaiting extradition.

He faces charges of human trafficking for commercial sexual activity of a child under the age of 18, unlawful sexual activity with a minor, unlawful use of a two-way communications device to facilitate the commission of a felony and lewd or lascivious battery.
