VIERA, Fla. – The Moore Justice Center has been given the all-clear Tuesday after the Brevard County Sheriff's Office investigated a bomb threat, officials said.

Deputies said a bomb threat was called in, and the courthouse was evacuated around 8 a.m. as staff members from various departments and offices arrived to work.

A bomb squad performed a sweep of the building but nothing was found, according to officials.

It's the second straight day that court services have been disrupted disrupted. On Monday, an electrical issue on the fourth floor forced a building-wide evacuation.
