DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Daytona Beach police have arrested a high-schooler who they say was spreading rumors about a possible school bombing to get attention.

Kali Whitford, 18, has been charged with disrupting or interfering with school in the Tuesday incident.

Police said Whitford was spreading rumors of a possible school bombing on Wednesday at Seabreeze Senior High School.
