Multiple people shot in parking lot


ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando police officers working extra duty at a night club heard gunshots fired in the parking lot.

The Orlando Police Department said that officers heard gunshots outside on the south side parking lot of Club Glitz on Universal Boulevard Friday night.

A male victim suffering a non-life-threatening gunshot wound ran toward the front of the club where the officers were and was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center, officers said.

Officers said a second victim arrived at Dr. Phillips Hospital, also with non-life-threatening graze to his head.

The investigation continues with no suspects at this time.
