OVIEDO, Fla. – Deputies are searching for a robber who displayed a handgun at a Walmart, the Seminole County Sheriff's Office said.
The incident happened around 9:20 p.m. Friday at a Walmart at 5511 Deep Lake Road in Oviedo.

When employees had confronted the robber for shoplifting initially, that's when he showed a handgun, deputies said. He then fled on foot.
No shots were fired, and there were no injuries, the Sheriff's Office said.
Deputies searched for the robber in the area. Deputies said they believe he is a known subject.
